I think he was serious. Based on what Reed and Doom alone have accomplished, if they were to specificially devote time to the task, I can see them either "killing" or otherwise removing the Sentry.

I dont think Osborn himself believed that, looked like a desperate attempt to calm Sentry down, and look at Void's smile after he stops tearing up the city. Doesn't look like he was scared, he said on several occasions that he can't die. Doubt they can kill him, trap him in another dimension or time maybe..

well haven't we all laearned by now that Reed and Doom can deal with universal level threats?
I think Norman means they can "find a way" to deal with the Void

I think Norman lied but, mostly because it's clear Osborn has no conception of what kind of power lies behind The Void... he's just bluffing.

Though he is right (I tihnk), Doom/Reed could come up with ways of pawning Sentry/Void ... most likely by means of banishment (to some godawful realm).

I remember is New Avengers Sentry told Reed to put the Ultimate Nullifiyer to his head and fire it.
