Onslaught didn't jsut have Xavier's mind powers, he also had Magneto's. Remember, he didn't need a Helmet to keep Charles out in the past. Though X > Mags in minds, X + Mags is scary. Add in complete control over the EM spectrum and it's devastating. These guys will be duking it out a LOONG time.
The Thor Villianess, and I don't really know much about her besides that she's an Asguardian Sorceress near the same level as Loki, and that's a guy Dr. Strange wants to avoid.

And in looking over your team, if you get Wanda's Major Reality Altering powers then I get at least Franklin Richards inside Onslaught 😉
I like your team, you describe them well, and honestly I think it could give my team some trouble, some.....
You see Vulcan and Wanda are my Jokers, and alot of people don't understand that, well, Vulcan can use other peoples powers by just thinking about it, and of course, he would just look at flash, and guess what, You now have one of the most powerful telepath's in existence, moving and thinking faster then the speed of light. This alone could equal instant death for your team. Wanna make it even crazier, after he looks at flash, he looks at Hulk..........

Reed Richards my not be anywhere in the league of Capt in terms of leadership, but He Does have Tech, yes, Crazy tech, and don't get me wrong, leadership is important. But the Tech that reed can come up with....yeah.
Flash has beat Zoom 2 before, albeit they have very close battles, but like i Said, I would have to believe the speed-force would eventually trump him.
War Hulk, well he gets put in never never land by Wanda, or gets mind wiped by vulcan. And I know hulk has pretty good telepathic resistance, but this is wanda and vulcan I'm talking about.
I think me and you both know Gladiator and Superman would be locked in a battle throwing planets at one another in outer space. But while Superman cant weaken outside of that precious little stone or powerful magic, Glads confidence can, and remember Supes does have T-Vo, it is said he can induce illusions and all types of crazy stuff. He would make Glads think he's fighting 30 Superman's, and the second Gladiator hesitates, when he sees 30 Superman charging him, well hesitation comes from doubt, and doubt affects confidence. You know the rest.
Enchantress hmm, after reading over her powers nothing really jumps out at me, she seem to have to be able to create illusions and casts spells, travel through dimensions and some other things, but wanda reshaped the whole 616, EVERYBODY was fooled so, yeah. But even still just be reading he powers, and some of her back story, nothing seems to impress me, and she's not even the top sorcerer is Asgard.
Onslaught is your best bet, he would be hard to take down, but I think my team could do it, After Vulcan Mind wipes your whole team (thanks to him using flashes powers). My team gains up on onslaught, If this is his first form, Vulcan could take it down by himself, (Using Your hulks vast Strength to crack his armor).
His second form, The reality warper, would be a struggle between wanda, vulcan, vs. Onslaught, I'm not sure if vulcan's and wandas combined might could take him down, but I would believe so. If not, someone would have to sacrifice them selves to kill this form, maybe flash, after that, my team just unloads everything they have, until he falls, just like he did before.
