No you can make your team of anybody, But Dalak has made a team thats pretty good using none of mine that I selected.

Its always been within his ability to use other peoples powers, Omega level telekinesis, energy manipulation. He only received darwins powers after he was killed, thus his evolutionary powers, along with his geokinesis, and chronokinesis, If you read his bio on Marvel.com he said he used Sways and Marvel girls powers against the X-men.
Hmmm, vulcan sounds interesting, I have only skimmed through Deadly Genesis comics, I'm thinking about picking a few up tomorrow now.

That's why I topped out my Onslaught at Pre-Upgrades.
And that's why I'm thinking of calling Shenanigans on Wanda and Vulcan seems to be powerful, but not on the Big scale like Full Power Onslaught/Uber Wanda are.
His ambiguity right now is annoying though, since the current him's powers aren't known.
