I'm not even sure about that. There are still other things that were done and dealt with. The superspeed fighting and moving across the country...the fact that DD doesn't talk and had VERY impressive feats before the events of DOS. The sheer amount of energy that DD took from that JLA was impressive too.
It would be a good fight though.

Doomsday has speed that can bother Superman. Something that no version o Hulk will ever have .
Superman can realistically always speedblitz Hulk Superman Cannot speedblitz Doomsday.
Using Doomsday as a measure of how a Superman Hulk fights turns out does'nt work because Doomsday brings something that Hulk does not Superspeed.
