Guys, it's over, it's done with, who wants a BJ? 😏
No, it is still going on. And it is still ****ing shit. Not to forget that we might have lost one of the greatest members over it. Not that you yahoos in the OTF would know.

What the hell are you talking about? Who'd you say was misbehaving if not PVS? I was talking about PVS and you replied to my post mentioning that "He got banned for misbehavior before that" and I asked you and you said "Did you read what happened in there?" and then I elaborated on my previous question and you said it WASN'T PVS.So ... What the hell are you talking about?!

You don't know him? He is awesome.
I don't agree about it being out of context though.
Good Lord, bardock, you should know full well that whether you agree with disciplinary actions, and the events leading up to them, or not, arguing a moderator's decision gets you banned.
That is just an absolute rule that is essential as far as the mods and Raz are concerned and will not change no mattter what- certainly we consider it an essential part of your protection, as you like to call our job. AC knows this full well but he couldn't resist lashing out at Lil, could he? And he's been warned so often about it that he is always running the risk of an on-the-spot ban every time he does it- he's run out all his second chances.
And no matter how much of a fuss you cause not a damn thing is going to shift. Not in this area. You argue with a mod's decision, you get banned. That's going to stay, so if you don't want to be banned, you are going to have to swallow whatever gut reaction to argue you have, and never do it.
I will remind people that every single mod has the utmost confidence from Raz else they would not be in their position. Bear that in mind.
Meanwhile, there is nothing big or clever about martyring yourself on a film forum. Remember that.
As for the PVS situation- technically unconnected with AC's ban- Lil can take offence as much as any member can, and we have a general approach that when questionable language is used and someone takes offence, we ask the person who used said language to tone it down. If that is news to anyone, consider this a public information announcement.

So? I would assume that is a reason for moderators not to order unjust things. Not to start arguments. Not to drag threads off-topic. Actually, I was under the impression moderators were there to make the experience for all members worthwhile. But maybe they are just the end...not the means. I don't know...maybe there is some other reason. But I only saw two members participating in on-topic conversation...which I always assumed that is what the General Discussion Forum is for.

As I member on here I all for that rule. It protects me as well and grants you guys the ability to go do your job more smoothly. Now here's where I think it goes wrong....when it is abused because of personal issues. When it is used to disrupt perfectly fine conversation.
And that is what happened. You might deny it, but, dude, I can read. AC might not be well liked. But he was in the right in here. And what does that imply for the rest of us? I don't want to be subject to the mood swings of a moderator. You guys are here for us, right? Not against us. And I personally am afraid that I could get banned any time, because I don't use the language you appreciate and because I speak my mind when I think someone did wrong...whether it is a moderator or not. I know AC and I can always be stopped by PMing us, I argue in PMs and I argued with AC in PMs...what neither of us like is to forcibly get the last word in a thread...it is unfair.
And I know it is hilarious coming from a moral relativist, but I personally think it is unjust. And I think, it is not what moderators are for (neither in members, moderator's or
Raz 's opinion)

Maybe not. But it certainly should be changed to a degree. I think members like AC and I (perfectly well contributing ones) shouldn't be afraid to argue with the Mods...we can joke around with some in the most obscene manner, but when it comes to different opinion, we have to be scared that we argue our points for too long. That's not okay.

I hope that Raz does not only consider his confidence in the moderators at the time of their inauguration, but also the actions they perform thereafter.

No, not big or clever. But right. I do what I think is right. So does AC. It's not martyrdom. We just protect our opinions. I wish you...who are there to protect them on here, would do so, too.

It was connected. And she can take offense to the use of the word "shit", not even addressed to her?
You are not serious, right? You are protecting her, because she is a fellow mod, right?
Do I have to produce the hundreds of posts where she said worse things? Where she joked with Backfire about things a porn-star would be embarrassed to admit?
What you are saying is, she has absolute power. She can take offense at anything, as hypocritical as that is. Do you support that? Really? Does a moral absolutist like you support this obvious lie?
Anyways, once more I think I made my point clear, you can hate AC all you want (I know I do half the time), but he shouldn't have been banned. Shouldn't we have some protection as well? I can agree being subject to Raz, but I would ask him whether he thinks that we should be scared of his moderators. KMC is important to me, one of the most important things in my life. There are many people that are important to me on here (one is currently banned for a few days, another will leave because of the events), I don't want to be randomly banned, and I fear it is very possible to be, if you have a differing opinion.
My last banning and AC's now are very similar, and I think both were not for the good of KMC, but for the feelings of a mod.
Anyways, I have to ask, if I continue arguing here, will that be considered as arguing against a mods decision? Because I really don't want to be banned, I just want you guys to consider whether it is the right way to deal with such situations.
You can make yourself a picture of the situation here: http://www.killermovies.com/forums/441118_3-have-you-ever-felt-oppressed-b-c-of-your-opinion
On a side note, I want to say "shit" without anyone taking offense.
The whole thing was bollocks.
And I never agree with AC.
It's fair to say that we don't like each other at all.
Lil B was trying to get people not to say things that the censors don't block.
The whole point of the argument was that if a persons opinion is bullcrap, another person who feels it's bullcrap can say so.
Faulting them for being creative in the way that they say it is foolish.
Then banning another member for pointing out the obvious irony and hypocrisy in warning a member for the way he words things in a thread about being oppressed because of your opinion....
😂
It's too much.
AC had a point, and Lil B just wanted him to shut up about it.
I want AC to shut up all the time, but I don't get to ban him because he won't, or because I'm getting PwNed in a debate.
