It was wrong o ban him, the ban could be lifted and it should be. I also do not derive pleasure from shutting up about stupidity and dishonest behaviour.

And I can't talk and think about the injustice that is going on?

Also, why shouldn't it change, people see that it was unreasonable, hopefully the mods will think twice before setting up shit like that again.

Okay then,

From what i've seen the mods give people chances after chances and many warnings before a ban, so if they do ban someone I tend to believe it's for a good reason.
