Why should I report a sock? I'm not a mod. I discovered whob and I never reported him.

what i mean is, a sock either posts under multiple accounts, or returns as a seperate account after they are banned from a newsgroup/forum for whatever offense. are you sure he's done either?

look up any definition of what a sock account is and you'll see that you're factually incorrect. in fact the mods restricted his account to prevent a situation where technically he would have been a sock account, simply by having 2 active accounts.
