I still find it funny that a young teen can join this site and openly read about sex, piss, war, murder, rape and anything else, but Bardock gives a humourous, albeit graphic, description of a term and he gets banned.-AC
how did "piss" make its way into that list?

Admittedly, I've seen worse than what he did, and more to the point, as graphic as those words were, they were not his. Should he have copied and pasted? Maybe not. Should he have been banned for it? In my opinion, no, but, I am not a mod.

That description of the chili dog I think, wasn't it?
It was funny.

I guess you have to make an example somehow. Which is kind of a bad way to put it because you have to ask yourself when are the appropriate times for a mod to stop being a regular member and be a mod?

When they accept the task of being a mod. Simple as.
If you can't be one and adhere to the rules totally, which requires you to stop being a carefree poster, then don't accept the job.

In my View, I hate how if a new member joins the site, They will get banned for slipping up anywhere, but when an older member slips up and breaks a rule they just get shrugged off with a warning or so. It should be opposite, An old member should know the rules, and the New member should get the warning.

About the only time a new member will get an instant permanent ban is if 1) they're a sock or 2) they join and post spam as their first post.
Though new members have no excuse for not knowing the rules at all, same as older members.

If someone doesn't read the rules, then that's their problem, right?
Claiming ignorance of something you're supposed to know doesn't really work.

Then neither do old members.-AC
I edited my post to clarify what I meant.

Do you really think its fair to Ban A New Member for an Accident, when an Older member who has seen Bans before, and why people have gotten bans to get a warning, for the Same thing the new member had did?

Uhhh...the way you have that worded makes no sense to me at all.
The circumstances under which someone gets a ban with no warnings are very rare. Just because you don't see someone get publically warned doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
