I've read the Elite arc....can't say I was terribly impressed, but it was reasonably cool.

Flash is a problem.

Otherwise the Authority rolls. And if the Doctor (or Angie) can get airborn before Flash speedblitzes him, he has enough tricks in his arsenal to kill Flash.

never read the arc, but I did like the Flashs costume....I thought it was cool 😄

Authority beats the piss out of the Elite. They are basically the JLA without that annoying no-killing thing. The elite could concievably win if flash actually uses his powers like he should or manitou raven pulls some ultimate magical death spell out of his ass. Authority 6/10

If we're talking no holding back, Elite wins, mainly because of Flash.

I still have problems with this assessment, even though Flash is a problem.

Flash couldn't kill most of them, as they're almost uniformly at least herald-level-durability. And The Doctor could just travel time and kill Flash in his sleep or somesuch. Or simply stop time temporarily...stopping everyone (including Flash).

And the rest of the Elite would be hard-pressed to avoid a complete massacre once Flash is dealt with.

Flash can time travel as well.....and Ive heard that once he says the speed forumla time stops. Anyone with a scan that can prove that?

Besides. Flash could just steal all their speed (and it MIGHT not work on the Doctor or that 21st century chick) but there are other ways he can win 😬

And how often does Flash time travel? And how precise is it? All the Doctor has to do is think about it and it happens.

And Jack would put on his Sunday best (I'm thinking Mexico City), Apollo is a Supes variation, and Angie will create a shield of microscopic knives, then just fly around cutting people up on an atomic level.

But let's keep it simple: Jenny creates impenetrable force fields around them while the Doctor turns them to pudding. Then he travels back in time (with Jenny just for insurance) and takes care of Flash.

All these characters need to think 😐 Flash is faster than mere thought. He drops the mutli verse on there domepieces 😛 But really, he can just steal their speed, amp the others speed (most important being the magic guy), say the speed formula and thats all in the first picosecond. 🙂 (or more importantly throw them all into the speed force 🙂 )

I mean flash is so fast that in this very arch he was fighting two different enemies on two different teams in two very different places and no one was the wiser 😬

Captain Atom killed jenny quantumn? How? When was this? Anyway Jenny quantumn and her group easily wins this. She doesn't have to use a force field, she could place that entire team in a stasis field. You are talking about a team with three members who are capable of time travel. Jenny, the doctor and the engineer. Plus they have the carrier. They have resources that no team in marvel or dc have. Swift killed a flash ripoff. Flash based on power level alone is a factor, but I doubt if he will have a chance to use it since more than likely the authority will no more about them then they know about themselves.

Captain Cold, Mirror Master and Heatwave are all more formidable than people give them credit for, but then again, you made it sound as if Flash struggles with these guys... He rarely does.

But, those are only his low end rogues. He has guys like Zoom and Reverse Flash, among others.
