But, those are only his low end rogues. He has guys like Zoom and Reverse Flash, among others.and yet he still struggles with them

Flash is horrible to deal with...he should never exist. 😐

Anyway, this is becoming a prep argument. Give both teams even a second of prep, and The Authority owns. Without prep, in a "Ready? Go!" scenario, Flash could conceivably turn the tide of the battle himself.

But my money's still on the girl who has ingested a baby universe going supernova.
