Back on topic, I believe that Goku is unlike Superman, in these aspects.
Superman was most powerful kryptonian, the strongest of them all, he was born a Superman to even his people.
Goku was born a "Low class Saiyan" "Trash to be thrown out" Goku had to work to gain his powers, Superman had to rest on a sunny day in the beach.
I don't know why people come into a Superman forum and debate between Superman and Goku...of course majority of the people are going to say Superman is faster, stronger, and better than goku...It doesn't mean its true...I guess since it's a Superman forum, that automatically mean he's better...Just look at the last Superman vs Goku thread that was closed...The moderator automatically said Superman wins...when he could have easily said no one wins...don't debate against superman to long because it may just get your account restricted

Dragonball Z suddenly he was an alien from planet Krypton Vegeta, which was destroyed and then Clark Goku who's real name turns out to be Kal-el Kakkorot. Wound up fighting aliens from his planet, General Zod Vegeta, wound up fighting the person who blew up his planet, Brainiac Freeza. And became a Super Man Saiyan. Wound up fighting someone made from his own cells Bizzaro Cell.
Yeah Goku is completely 100% different from Superman. 🙂

You probably didn't seeing as though you made an effort to say he was based off Sun Wukong as if I was wrong when I said he based off the character monkey king or maybe you were just making a point that he was based off the monkey king during the dragonball series and superman during DBZ...Anyway...when Superman starts collecting seven gold start balls, shooting energy blast out his hands, grows a tail and turns into a giant monkey at the site of a full moon, and hair turns gold let me know

You want someone who is an homage to Goku look at sonic. He collects the 7 chaos emeralds which allows him to go super sonic, a transformation in which all of his hair turns gold and he strikes that DBZ pose.
