We know Thor jobbs, often times he gets knocked by bricks, bested by Mongoose, and defeated by Hulk. Thor Jobbs as often as any character, doing so in many comics.
Creel who can't absorb the power of a single planet absorbs the power of Mjolnir, whom easily has enough energy output to incinerate a planet?

i'd venture that the energy contained on a planet far outstrips the power required to destroy it. bad logic.for instance, superman is part of the energy contained on a planet, yet he himself could destroy it.
it looks like sentry>thor. deal with it.
Sentry has done nothing that shows he's above Thor.

When he attempted to absorb the planet, he basically attempted to absorb the properties of EVERYTHING on the planet(plants, animals, people, and all present energy), that's why it overloaded him. The fact that Thor's hammer can destroy a planet isn't really an indication that it possesses more power than the planet itself. A nuclear reactor has far more power than a couple of sticks of dynamite, but that dynamite is still capable of destroying the reactor.

That's a little bit different though. Since his inception AM's shown the ability to absorb Thor and his hammer effortlessly. So it can't really be considered PIS or jobbing. It's what he was created to do in fact. When he attempted to absorb the planet, he basically attempted to absorb the properties of EVERYTHING on the planet(plants, animals, people, and all present energy), that's why it overloaded him. I guess I said this wrong.
Which is the exact reason why he shouldn't be able to absorb the power of Mjolnir and Thor. Mjolnir's energy, and power easily outstrips the energy from a planet seeing as what it's done in the past.
This instance shows the exact reason why Thor shouldn't have as much trouble with Creel as he's shown. Creel can't absorb the power of a planet, yet he can absorb the power of Mjolnir? doesn't make much sense to me considering what Mjolnirs done. It's also strange considering Thor better than Absorbing man than what Absorbing man's done.

But Mjolnir has never really been shown to possess more power than the entire planet. It's shown more than enough power to destroy it, but the combined energy of everything on Earth still seems like it would exceed the energy within Mjolnir itself. Think about it, all the thermal energy within the Earths core, the kinetic energy of it rotation(both the rotation of it on it's axis PLUS the rotation of it around the Sun, plus the kinetic energy of every moving thing on the planet), the solar energy that is absorbed from the Sun itself, the life energy and psionic energy of EVERY living thing on the planet, along with all the mystical well springs and the light that exist on the planet. THAT'S what he tried to absorb, and I'm pretty sure that amount of energy exceeds the power that's contained within Mjolnir.
Or we could look at this from a different perspective. Ragnarok explains the history and the creation of Mjolnir. As to not destroy the world, Mjolnir was forged in the heart of the sun and the only forge capable of holding Mjolnir was the cosmos itself. It was also explained that the coals from creation of Mjolnir is not only responsible for the destruction of planets, but for the creation of life on earth. Not only that but a planet and a sun were killed during it's creation. All this energy bundled up in a single weapon, this imo clearly shows that the energy within Mjolnir outstrips the energy within the planet.

One question, wasn't Thor and Mjolnir both on the planet when AM tried to absorb it? That would mean that he was attempting to absorb them also. So you can see why he was overloaded.
True, but It was also stated in his overrated battle with sentry that he couldn't absorb the power of a single planet. This is funny, seeing as how this statement makes Thor better than Absorbing Man at what Absorbing man was created to do.

It doesn't take much energy to destroy a planet nor a sun.
A planet can be utterly destroyed by an asteroid of several hundred miles thick (causing the earth to break up in pieces).
A sun can be destroyed by simply starting a chain reaction in its surface (only theorized though) causing it to supernova.
A penny has enough energy in it to utterly wipe out a city (if it was converted to energy). This is probably millions of times the size of the penny. Thus in turn the planet Earth should have enough energy in it to wipe out many suns. So destroying planets and suns tells nothing of the amount of energy in the planet.

Or you could do it the old fashioned way and build a "death star"

It seems the Void aspect comes with the powers, which would explain why Creed thought he was messed up in the head.
Actually I interpreted that as Creel trying to use Sentry's telepathic abilities against him, not an indication that Creel had absorbed the Void. Could be wrong though

You must come from a very tough neighborhood. 😉An asteroid several hundred miles thick would rank among the largest known in our solar system. Regardless of method, the energy required to "blow up" the Earth is about 10^32 joules, or about 2500 billion gigatons of TNT (someone may wanna check my math; I'm doing this quickly).
What kind of chain reaction? A star is already a fusion chain reaction. And how would one start it? More likely, you could make a star supernova by feeding it mass, but you would need several times the mass of the sun to reach the supernova threshold.
A penny (weighing about 3 grams) converted entirely into energy would yield a 130 kiloton burst (about 10x the size of the Hiroshima bomb).

But, it could be just the void coming out, but the whole "get out of my mind" came from nowhere.
