You have to understand the circumstances here. He was not around at that point and was being bashed. Sure, it's good if he fights his own battles, but the Internet or not, some people take this place seriously and some get hurt. He was extremely embarrassed and DarkC has done a ton in my assistance. I felt it was my duty to return the favor, since I am not a selfish bastard.

You are obviously unaware that said member was making threats to kill me, telling me to kill myself, and using vile language, all because I was repeatedly asking him to clarify his stance on a debate in which I proved him wrong. The first thread was closed, I was given the go ahead to ask the same civil questions, I did, he repeated the abuse, the thread died down. What happened next? It got bumped by a mod who told me to drop it after it had been dropped, and other mods acknowledged that it had been dropped, other members acknowledged that it had been dropped. So I rightfully protested why, I asked civilly why I was being singled out when the thread could easily have been left to die, I didn't start anything with him, he was having a pissy day and banned me as a result. Common knowledge, champ. I got a PM in my inbox from a mod, apologising to me because it was bs and something should have been done, a mod who almost resigned out of guilt. To add to that, said abusive member was warned that if anyone mentioned it again, they would be banned, despite him making threats that were bannable anyway. He made fun of the fact that I was banned and the mod who banned me advised him to edit it out of his post.
From what I remember, you two were engaged in a debate about "Abortion", I think. My memory has worn down since then... and you said that he couldn't make that statement because he was a moron or something. You and JtotheP began to bash each other. Ush stepped in and warned you because you had instigated the situation. Ush then BANNED you because you began ever arguing with him about the issue.
You've been banned twice, and you're going to try to pass yourself off as innocent? People don't get banned because they're innocent, chief.
