Read the scan, He needed time and momentum to reach lightspeed TILL THE LAST PANEL and to ENTER the Speedforce. That shows that he can't reach lightspeed instantly.

1. It doesn't matter if magneto puts up a shield or not.

2. Magneto won't even be able to think/will up a shield by the time that the Flash puts a fist through Erik's head.

What assumptions? There was a huge JLA story arc focusing on the threat of that thing. It wasn't something the Flash could defeat by himself. He was giving speed to the teleporters so that they could help fight it.

Post the scans.

He already had his shield up beforehand because Dazzler declared her intententions. Also Flash could just vibrate through the shield, or go through time to before it was even put up and attack him then.

1. The flash accelerates his neurons and gives him a quick little lobotomy. Doesn't need to touch him.

2. No, you showed Magneto raising a shield while his attacker monologued and charged up the attack. There is no evidence what so ever that he reacted to something moving at C.

he moves and thinks faster than we do... instantaneous to him is easily alot less than it is to us... by human standards he can reach lightspeed instantaneously...

no, they dont move at the speed of light. a green lanterns constructs dont form at the speed of light. cyclops' blast doesnt move at the speed of light.

if dazzler's attacks moved at the speed of light she wouldnt be the b-lister that she so often is...

You do know that his shields are usually invisible when they are not actively blocking anything, right?

NO HE CAN NOT. I just gave you a scan where it took him momentum and time to reach light. He also needs t oabsorb the entire speed of the world and more plus speedforce to even deal with instantaneous movement.

Actually, he needed to absorb all of that speed in order to beat an alien in a race across the entire universe, run around the entire world and set every clock on Earth to a specific frequency, and then arrive in a specific place before the alien was able to form a thought to use his teleportation.

Over a much shorter distance, like in a typical combat situation, he would have destroyed someone with instant teleportation, if their reflexes weren't close to his level.

Those 4 panels all took place in a small fraction of second. In that fight Flash and Zum were travelling all around the world, I already mentioned the clay pot.
