the scan that shows him reacting to an event faster than superman (who has travelled faster than lightspeed himself, a man who's reflexes are hundreds if not thousands of times faster than magneto's). the next panels (i know because i have the comic) show the flash lending his speed to the teleporters, so he wasn't just 'running out of the room' as you put it.

How does that prove Flash can reach lightspeed INSTANTLY??? I am talking about MOVING AT LIGHTSEED not SEEING SOMETHING and then running out of the room to give teleporters more speed.
I AM TALKING ABOUT AN IN COMBAT FEAT LIKE THIS, EXAMPLE

he's reacting as its happening... he doesnt have precognition, so he has to react to whatever's happening... and he did, he reacted while people like superman (as i said, someone with almost infinitely faster reflexes than magneto) where standing still...

four panels? it doesnt even give a time frame, so that could easily be him moving into lightspeed only slightly slower than he can think he's moving into lightspeed, which could easily be lightspeed...

Not to mention that Flash was deliberately going slower than lightspeed against Zum, since he needed to use his Infinite Mass Punch against Zum's durability, and the IMP doesn't work if he's travelling at lightspeed or above (if you know anything about relativity you will understand why).
As for the amount of panels, it's meaningless, in that same fight it showed them zipping around the world so fast that Flash knocked a clay pot out of someone's hands, and then after he ran to the other side of the world and beat Zum, he came back and caught the pot before it fell.

No, As flash is letting the audience know what is happening in EACH PANEL. He doesn't reach lightspeed until the last panel and that is him gaining momentum not hitting light instantly.

Maggs just reacted to a lightspeed attack at point blank Range!!!! I just showed you Flash taking time and MOMENTUM to reach lightspeed. Flash won't make it in time.
