A psychic attack is invisible, undetectable, unless you're a telepath yourself. You can't react to it because you don't know it's coming, and you can't dodge it because there's nothing physical to dodge. It's not a beam, it's an area of influence that is not usually shown to have a limited speed.
Furthermore, Flash running 1500 miles in 3.5 seconds, then stopping, then running back the same distance, all while injured, is over 2000 times the speed of sound.

Remember about...ohh let's say a year ago. The wolvie fans were kicking up a stink because they (and I quote) 'Belived he has light speed reactions' why ? Because he dodged laser blasts aimed at him.
Basic logic would tell you Lasers = light , thus dodging lasers = light speed.

And the whole outrunning a Psychic attack is KINDA feasible, but only kinda. Every psychic has a range of awareness (Ie : Xavier can affect the whole planet but couldn't contact Galactus right at the edge of the existence) so if Flash could escape from GGs psychic 'range' then he could 'avoid' the attack.
Then again know one knows how far his Psychic attacks can reach....

wrong. by your reckoning a green lantern's attack or cyclops' attack would be as fast as light too, which they are not.

it is possible, but there were a few things to consider, mainly the fact that he couldnt exactly leave nightwing to be slaughtered, and that the psychic attack had hit him pretty quickly... grodd could have been sitting, hiding in wally's mind until the time came to attack...
