I prefer the sniper rifle myself...packs more of a punch. When I played LEgendary and wasted all 108 shots into an Elite's head and it still had it's shields I decided the gun really wasn't that great.
On a side note, most people in this RP are allowed to join the upcoming project... It's something...bigger than you're used to most likely. 😄 And it will carry a much darker theme... More down to Earth, in your face, bloody war against a bunch of unstoppable killng machines. If you'd like to join another Halo RP and are interested, please tell me. The one coming up probably wont die for AT LEAST a year. My first project lasted several months... This one is of a much larger magnitude.
[I don't know if you guys have seen this yet, but they're making a new Halo game. Halo Wars, an RTS. It's gonna be 360 exclusive [BOO!], but it should turn up on PC about 2 years after it's first release, like Halo 2 is doing. But if you havn't seen it, here's the link to the trailer. The setting is before the actual Halo timeline, where the humans first meet the Covenant.]

It's actually a later part of my book. One of the first time Ten meet's Rae. She's about 16 during this time frame. Ten's 18. It projects one of the reason's Spartans are called Demon's so often... Never make a Spartan angry. That is all I can say.

And yes, Halo Wars will come out on PC some time after it's released. Go look at their forums and scroll down the General Discussion, you'l find it. They're argueing if it will or not, and almost everyone agrees it will.
Forums? Backbone, you can get every Forum in the world agree that they want it released, but so far the official statement is that Halo Wars will not come out for PC.

Fixed the out of sync problem. On my computer, HALO lights up with the first drumbeat. And From the ashes DOES come at the same time as a "whoosh!" shound...
It's a bit faster too. I like it more. The other one was too slow.
