They can be. NANO's are like a loud Spartan II, with the capability to use stealth. NANO's were designed as the ODST of Spartans. More durable, like shocktroopers. However their creatores prefer less blunt battle tactics...

But no that picture, the darkness and the redness was meant to represent the theme of the current NANO's, and more specfically the one in the picture. Darkness...

Spec Ops Elites = Very tough, and extraodinarily cunning opponent...

Goldie Lockses = Retardedly Tough yet stupid opponent...

Blood Sangheili (Blood Elite) = You just got pwned

Unless you have a sniper rifle and a long distance to use it.

My character in this RP has a godmode hack.

Naw. Takes more than one .50 cal to penetrate the shields of a good elite. Takes 4 shots just to drain a golden Elite's shield.

For the record. My character will fight ALL his enemies blind folded, because of his blindness.
