'Clean up? Let the adults do it.' She said knowing that would probably not be the case but there was room to hope. Besides, after kidnapping them they should have to clean up after them. Abbra grinned and grasped Camilla's hand shaking it. 'I'm Abbra, nice to meet you Camilla.' She said with a smile to match her new friend, her dimples very appeared. Abbra was surprised in herself. Being around the other children did not make her feel lonely but she still felt that emotion. She wanted to hug her mom and dad and to see her grandmother. She wanted somebody to hug her and say everything would be ok. But this crowded, messy, food strewn place was not where she needed to think about this. So she followed the girls. This time she heard Rae's voice, 'Oh I'm Abbra! She said to Raevynn. 'Yea me and Camilla meet in the other room.' She said and sat on her bed. 'Do you think we have to do this all over again tomorrow?' She asked hugging her pillow.
[]Hah 20? More like 35 lol. Jeeez LF.. I don't think foritifed, sophisticated, or prodigy are in a 7 year old's limited vocabulary. My character would hardly understand a word of that.[]
I talked like that when I was seven, my 8 year old brother does to if he cares to try. And I'm not one of the biggest prodigys out of over a trillion people. I'm 15, not 35, and I can use bigger words than that, and a words size has little to do with it's complexity.
Travis looked at the kid that sat down, "That's an ODST creed, isn't it?" Travis said as he took a drink from his glass. "My father is a Marine on Helerion 4, and he taught me alot about what a good soldier should do." Travis told the new arrival. "The name is Travis Russell." He said without extending his hand, and continued eating.
"Don't worry Camilla. Im sure she's still here." Raevynn said, trying to reassure her new friend. "I just hope we get to eat like this every night."
Raevynn nuzzled her head against her pillow, and wiped away traces of cookie crumbs from her face with the back of her hand.
"Maybe we should get some sleep. Mendez said we start early in the morning. I hope tomorrow will be fun" She said to the two girls. Perhaps their stay wouldn't be as hellish as she had first though. Atleast now she had some friends. If they all looked out for each other, everything was bound to go smoothly.
[Got it. Now I can FINALLY bring myself in.]
*Parker layed down on his bunk, staring up at the ceiling above him. He didn't head to the cafeteria, since he had missed an entire day's worth of training, and didn't want to show up like a fool. He turned on some music with low volume, just to give him a little background music to calm his nervousness. His fingers tapped against each other nervously.*

"Maybe." Axel said, staring at his drink, swirling the contents around. "It's a tradition of mankind I think." He set the glass down and rose, "Axel." He said, "By the way, you did good out there." He glanced at the doors, "I think you'll be the one holding us together when things get bad." With that he headed for the bunks.
Jacob had finished his cookes and was laying in bed now. He was really tired reall really tired.
By now his Father would be coming in to Jacob's room and ask if he had said his prayers. As always he would say no. then his Father would tell him to come kneel beside him on the bed and say his prayers. Than afterwards he would lift Jacob up and place him i nthe bed and tuck him in.
At this thought Jacob almost cried right then and there. He trhought
I can at least have some of the same thing
With that he got beside his bed and begin to pray holding back the tears.
[] Im just going to assume that everyone went to sleep so that we can move to the next part of the story[]
"Good morning, maggots!" Came Mendez's booming voice. "Time to get up and shower!"
This wasn't the way Raevynn liked to be woken up, but she remembered from the last morning what would happen if she didn't. Groaning, Raevynn sat up and crawled over to the foot of her bed where she leapt of the top bunk.
Axel found himself only half awake, but a big discolored blob on the top of his vision, and one that was rapidly growing at that, managed to catch his attention. He scrambled to the side, just as Rae landed right were he was. "We fighting them, or will you kill me first?" Axel smiled, and headed for the showers.
[Just a question, have you all gone through the weapons tutorial program and such? If not, I'd like to use a Weapons Master i've been thinking up. ✅]
*Parker plugged his ears at the loud intercom voice of Mendez. He hopped out of his bunk and walked off to the shower room [or locker room, whatever], bringing along with him a towel and fresh clothes.*
Camilla instantly sat up straight on the bed and jumped off of it. She walked to the showers and took a nice warm bath. She then put on the clothes she was given for today and she put them on. She headed back to the room and stood on the base of her bed and waited for Rae to come in since she was on the bunk on top of hers.
Raevynn had finished showering and made her way back to the bunks where she sat down next to Camilla as she listened to Mendez.
"Today we'll be putting your limits to the test." Mendez explained. "Outside there are fifteen standard escort M12 LRV's. More casually refereed to as the Warthog."
Raevynn understood little of what the man was saying. Why would there be warthogs here? Animals in a place like this? She was utterly confused, but followed obeisantly as Mendez led the children outside into the cold morning.
She was surprised to see a convoy of tough looking Jeep-like off road vehicles waiting for them.
"Listen up and listen good trainees." Mendez yelled. "The M41 Light Anti Aircraft gun has been removed from the rear of the 'hog to accommodate for passengers. I want four in the back and one up front. Move it!"
