There was a noise up ahead and Camilla ran to it, not caring if the noise was an animal, she wanted to find anyone. To her surprise she found Rae on the floor beside Jacob and she crouched down with them. She looked at Rae and smiled.

- "Told ya I would find you...apple?" - Camilla said taking out an apple and offering it to Rae.

Jacob with some movement and something to take his mind of the cold has begin not to shiver as much but he was still not ready to move on his own.

When Rae had knocked Jacob down and threw the rock he had seen four guys moving about the floor. Jacob could see thier eyes and the outline of their camo.

He was still to cold to talk but with everything he had he held up four fingers trying to alery the others to how many are there.

"SHH!!" Raevynn was so happy to finally see Camilla, but her excitement would have to wait. She grabbed Camilla by the wrist and pulled her down with the other two boy's. She pointed to the men ahead of them.
"They must have been following us. Im suprised they didn't catch you." She whispered close to Camillas ear. "Save the apple for Jacob. What are we gonna do about these guys?"

Abbra turned sharply on her heel hearing the gruff and mature voices. She ran up to Axel and tugged on her sleeve. 'Did you hear those voices?' She mumbled she couldn't make out most of the words and questioned herself upon hearing it. But like how she thought of what was under the surface, her hearing was that way too. Her ears were somehow in tuned to the white noise. Her pupil's dilated trying to see further though it was hopeless and she couldn't see who made the noise. She quickly released his wrist after noticing how hard her grip was and her numb fingers turned into her palm. Her ears began to sting with the cold and they had turned a shade of vibrant pink.

"Yeah, I heard. I think they're here to stop us." He looked at them, "Armed..." He said the last word with a grim tone. "OK, most of them are generaly on one side of us, I'll be right back." He turned, and dissapeared over the far side of the small hill that surrounded them. They were in the middle of a small valley, very small.

Axel was making his way toward the others from a different direction, but he saw the six men around them. Two to the north, two to the east, and two to the North East. Judging by the other kids positions, they were a threat. Axel debated, maybe the others assumed a threat, but still he would take no chances. UNSC or not if they were part of a test they would need to be removed. He waved to the other children, trying to get their attention, and he didn't know whether they saw him, but one of the men did. He stopped waving, and looked at the man that was running up the slope toward him. "OK. A threat." He bent down and picked up a rock about the same size as his fist, and got ready to throw. He waited, several antagonizing seconds, but if he was going to throw it had to hit. As the man neared, he brought his knee up ,and then launched the rock, using his shoulder was a point of axis. It sailed down toward the man, hitting in right in the forehead. He crashed to the ground in a heap. Two of the other's noticed him, and he assumed soon after, the others would be notified. "Time to go!" He shouted, and turned tail, bolting down the far side of the slope and out of sight.

Jacob had turned over to see a kid from atop a hill throw and kock a man out. Two more guys were heading towards the boy. Jacob pointed his finger to try and get the others to see what he was.

'Oh so if the cold doesn't finish us off, they sent guys with guns to make sure the job was finished.' She snarled with much venom. 'Remind me to punch Mendez in the face when I get a backbone.' Abbra said and turned around and waved over the cluster of children. A finger pressed to her lips which were getting to a be a blue hue instead of a soft pink. The children scuffled silently towards her the snow muffling their foot steps. But she stopped them from coming any further 20 yards back. She then turned to watch Axel but he disappeared with a single turn.

Abbra then jumped out of her skin as she heard Axel yell it was time to go. She knew he was no drama king and heart took refuge in her throat. 'Run!' She screamed to the other children and the flocked up the hill. She looked over her shoulder to see a man walk out from behind a boulder. Abbra didn't waste another moment getting out of there. Her legs braced and she shot off up the hill The other children were not far off and she could catch up. But in her haste the powdery snow worked against her and she slipped. Struggling to fight her way back up but she only slid further down towards the men. Her hands lashed out at the snow looking for something to grab. 'Somebody help me!' She begged and continued to scream. Tears slipped out of her eyes and she sobbed trying still in vain to get back up the hill. The man slowly walked towards her. 'Please!' She screamed crying. But no one in her group turned back to help her. They all continued to run for fear of themselves. 'Please.' She said in a whimper as her stomach sunk. Reality hit her, nobody was going back for her.

Raevynn turned and saw what Jacob had spotted. Great. The other children were close by, and they had just distracted the bad guys.

"Now's our chance!" She said to the other three. "With all those guy's distracted, we can sneak past em and get closer to that flag. We need to get outa here before it gets dark."

[recap?]

It was quiet. The alarms had either died down, or had melted and exploded. Michael had to check on his father, he couldn't leave him alone. His mother held him down, but Michael refused to stay. He ran, through the corridor, past all of the civilian rooms, and out into the open.

Barren. Decilate. Those were the only words used in his head. Grunts formed lines on the horizon in the distance, Jackals patrolled the area. The Refugee camp and his small area were the only homes left. Tears formed in his eyes, and he fell on his kness, just staring ahead, liquid rolling down the sides of his face.

In the distance, a pelican descened through the fog, carrying non-other then the ageing Dr. Halsey.
"Subject 119 in the vicinity. Enemies all around. Advising caution." Hummed the ship's AI. Dr. Halsey waved it off and landed the craft not to far from the Refugee Sector. She and her partner emerged from the ship, both sporting a weapon. Not encountering any resistance, they picked Michael up, and boarded the ship, quickly leaving the atmosphere.
"Put 119 down. We're in for a long ride." And the were off to Reach.

"Yeah! Let's go!" Jisko replied and immediately started crawling as fast as he could so he wouldn't get the men's attention. He motioned for Raevynn and Jacob to follow him and kept going.

Camilla ran behind Rae going for the flag. She felt bad about the oter kids that were going to be caught by the men but she knew they had to get the job done. So she followed closely and looked around to see if there was a threat.

*Hearing voices, Parker rolled into the foilage of trees and lay on his stomach, carefully watching as men walked by, carrying some kind of machine guns. He waited until they passed until he crawled out and began running in the other direction towards the voices of the other Spartans.*

The pelican came nearer and nearer to Reach, and finally began the descent through the atmosphere. After a few bumps, they landed in the docking bay, and carried the sleeping boy out and into the bunks.
"Where are the other Subjects?" Halsey's partner asked.
"Most likely out with Mendez. As soon as he wakes up, I want you to give him something to drink, explain what's going on, and take him on a jog to the area where Mendez is."
"Aye ma'am." The man said, obviously Micahel's trainer. He didn't like taking orders from a civilian... But it was his duty. He sighed and readied a bottle of water and sat down next to the boy.

After a few minutes, Michael began to cough, and threw-up all over the floor, the slime from the tube spewing out as well. He looked around quickly, the last thing he remembered was seeing his home destroyed. He looked to the man across from him, and tears rolled from his eyes.

"No tears, Maggot!" The trainer yelled. He hated being so assirtive, but once again it was his duty. Michael's tears dried up quickly, and stood up and soluted. It was standard for him to do this, as he saw the insignia on the man's chest. Almost the same as his fathers.
"Give me 20 jumping jacks, on the four count! Go!"
Easy. Michael began the 20 jumping jacks, counting steadily.
"1, 2, 3, 1! 1, 2, 3, 2!" And so on all the way to twenty. He knew this was only the warm-up, and it felt like it.
"Feet together! Down!" The trainer yelled and Michael held the down-position for twenty seconds, bobbing up and down, stretching his legs.
"Shoulder width! To the right down!" "Yessir!" Michael yelled, and held it to the right for thirty seconds. "Left! Down!" And Michael did the same.
"Okay, Maggot! We're going to jog all the way past the Naval Academy and to the Training Grounds!" The trainer yelled and began to jog out the door, and down the walkway, Michael at his heels. Mike had no clue to what was going on, what the number '119' meant, or where the hell he was. But he followed, wearily, but did so anyway.

(Can someone direct me to where you guys are? OR I can have my cahracter wait somewhere...)

[]Thier out in Reach's wilderness trying to capture a flag and evade men with guns at the same time. They were dropped off seperatly and had to find each other. Oh and for the record.. the guns have paint rounds. But on kids this small and without proper armor... It's still dangerous.[]

"Check the map!" Raevynn yelled to Jisko. We gotta get their quick!"

She slowed to make sure Jacob was keeping up alright, then stopped and picked up a few jagged rocks off the ground. She put them in her pocket for later, then continued to follow Jisko.

Jacob saw her pick up the rocks in her pocket and he decided to do the same. While he was still frozen the movement helped thaw him more and more as his muscles were working causing more blood flow.

She slowed to make sure Jacob was keeping up alright, then stopped and picked up a few jagged rocks off the ground. She put them in her pocket for later, then continued to follow Jisko.

Jisko, hiding the fact that he had lost his part of the map, remembered from Jacob's map which direction the flag was and yelled, "This way!" He had an almost photographic memory and knew the way he indicated with his finger was the right one, he picked up the sharpest rocks he could find, and he changed direction and started running with a new vigor.

*Suddenly, someone spotted Parker pounding past him and sounded the alarm. He cursed loudly and kept running, making huge snowprints as paint rounds began landing either infront, beside, or behind him. Sweat running down his forehead, he continued to run.*

The jog was long and trecherous, but the duo finally made it. Michael panted as he fell to the ground, exhuasted. They were next to a playfroun, a pole at the end where a tiny silver bell hung. There were many obstacles, and a pit of water at the bottom. He sighed and looked up at the man, who was pondering where everyone was.
"Where am I?" Michael asked, and thus the man sat down and began the story.

(Getting on Live, I'll be laggy if I'm on both, so Peace!)

Abbra could no longer see the other children as she continued sliding down the steep hill, she momentarily wondered why none of her friends had come to help her. But she remembered one of the things her dad always told her. 'Don't let anybody get in the way of you doing a good job.' And the same thing applied to them right now. Abbra's momentum was currently to fast to try to get up the hill and so she turned around. Using the heels of her shoes she began to slow herself down and expanded her arms which were already numb and they dragged through the snow. But what really brought feeling back to her arms was her rock making contack with her funny bone. She snatched up the rock and she began devising a plan. The man would try to grab the closest part of her which would be her legs. If she was to keep one knee bent as soon as he grabbed her ankle she could swing her other leg over and drive her leg right into his funny bone. Causing his arm to buckle sending her into him then he would let go.The joy of this would be she could drive the rock into his other funny bone and pull the gun from his grasp. Then while his arms were still feeling the effects of the funny bone she could make an easy escape up the hill. But it is one thing to do in theory and another to do in practice.
