Bullet Time usually entails the person 'performing' said act doing something insane that normally is not possible, such as dodging bullets, leaping from building to building, etc. Be creative with it. 😉

You don't have to write it about the Matrix, either. It could be something totally unrelated and just set in the Matrix, if you wanted.

I'm always here for insight on such subjects.

I think I have a notion of what the one after will be as well; that one will start in December.

So basically I just have to use "bullet time" in the short story, and it doesn't have to be set in the Matrix.

Yeah. I don't know much about the movies, but I know who Neo is. I've seen bits and pieces of the first movie.

A Matrix story needn't necessarily include actual canon characters...like the one I did that Rex used for this. All characters I made up solely for the purpose of the story, which used the Matrix setting.

Also, must it be set in the Matrix, or could we write something with those sort of slow motion effects? (Like Equilibirium, maybe)

Although this was just an excerpt it was expertly executed and very well written. Another case where excellent vocabulary was utilised, grammar and punctuation (which is a big thing for me) was near perfect as well. I do feel, however, that she could have doubled the length and this detracts from the overall quality.

I don't know if you've seen this - I'm thinking you might have done because you thanked me but here it is again, just in case 😛
