i guess you could say that Capt Rec is somehwat of a junior version of the sentry. or is that stretching a bit? im thinking more like freddy freeman being the junior version of billy batson

Jeeps probably don't weigh anywhere near 10 tons. maybe 3. He would have been able to easily throw the car easily even without power ups.

ironically it officially says that luke cage is a 25 tonner too, so no more ambiguity on his part...too bad it didnt throw a few xmen in there too

It also states Arana as class 10, yet specifies 3 tons as her limit.

I'm confused. If that's the ONLY bio that it has the addendum of '(three tons)' on, then perhaps that's an exception, or a typo.

I mean, do any of the OTHER bios say "Class one hundred strength (capable of pressing thirty tons)"?

or.....maybe becuz she still a teenager and not fully developed yet,, remember spidey started out at about 3 tons when he was that age too
