Afraid not, although that's an idealistic view and I'd love for it to be possible, it wouldn't happen. Morons are thick-skinned by nature, they have to be. Raz would be banning over 100 people a day on average for running amok in all the other forums and spamming, bashing etc. It doesn't bear thinking about. The OTF is a necessity, whether people like it or not. At least it can be avoided and ignored if people wish. If it didn't exist, the Morons would simply make themselves at home in less suitable areas of KMC. They certainly wouldn't leave. The only reason they stick to the OTF is because their threads don't generally get deleted or closed; don't think it's out of some sense of respect for Raz and the forum rules.

Just because my post count wasnt filled by frequently posting in those forums all the time, doesnt mean Im an antisocial retard who lacks the capability to do so. I spend so much time in the OTF of all places, because a) My timezone is different, so threads are usually dead by the time I log in (for other forums) b) theres plenty of traffic c) I can go back 2 or 3 pages to see threads with new posts, as opposed to say...the SW3...has 7 threads with new posts in the last 2 days. If I want to post on a topic, I will. I just rarely find a topic that interests me.

I don't think people are disagreeing with the fact that the OTF is a necessity but, the assumption that everyone who post here is some sort of idiot. Ironically the ones that say this tend to while in the OTF.

I think you'll find that the general consensus suggests otherwise. What would happen to all the bullshit if the OTF weren't here? Imagine that for a second, the mass chaos, and then tell me that the OTF isn't a necessity for a forum of this size and one that is as varied.

It's not a necessity, though.
The GDFers, MDFers, MuDFers wouldn't leave because of the eradication. The OTFers would, or if they didn't they'd just get their threads locked and deleted.
