Lol, after Kuririn got that potential boost at Namek he have allways been the most powerful human, even at that link where Yamchu states that Kuririn is the strongest human even makes that clearer.
He trains with his wife jinzoningen juhachogou (artifactial human #18).

And he even got more powerful moves.
The destruction disc can go through any matter like butter.

Actually, no, that is a common misconception....Krillin was weaker then even Yamcha at the start of DBZ....That powerboost means nothing, due to the fact that Tien trained with King Kai for almost a year...And the Kikoho, 'canon version', is just as powerful as the Kienzan.

And no, the link basically is hyperbole...Look who Yamcha's talking to...Krillin's daughter...what is he going to say? "Oh, yeah, your father is the strongest, just after the other five people in this world that could destroy the whole planet."

I don't care either way who's stronger, just stating the facts.
