Do we all remember how badly Superman was loosing to Protex until Supes went underground to the fire? MM doesn't have that particular weakness anymore. And BA nor CM is outpunching superman. And WW is the best fighter of the bunch. With all of Superman's Stats according to brother eye except for flight. He was a1, she was a2. CM and BA will know peace in Death.

Manhunter will always be susceptible to fire as long as DC prints Superman comics.
They can't let the one guy more powerful than Superman, lose the only weakness he has and Superman can deliver.
And i repeat.
Manhunters ability list never comes into play when facing a kryptonian.

WW fought a Daxamite and lived to tell the story. Superman has had his jaw broken by a Daxamite. Why are we questioning this battle? Seriously can any of the Shazam fans give us a plausible reason the lighting boys should win?

At least they get an ontime writer. Allan Geinsburg is brilliant...but writes slower than a person with ADD. He can't blame the artist this time. Dodson has consistantly been a fast penciler....
Superman wasn't really losing that badly. Kal-El did not use his heat vision on Protex to make it fair. Protex didn't play it fair and used his shape-shifting prowess to overwhelm big blue. In the end the boy scout got tired and gave Protex the heart of earth and then punded him out of comission.
Edit: IMO MM/WW win it simply because of their versatility and WW's skills.

Put down the rose-colored glasses. Disregarding the issue of strength or speed (because nobody agrees...) Diana has several weapons of lore capable of defeating them not to mention she's vastly more skilled than both of them....combined.
Not to mention their magical attacks will be like trying to put out a fire with peadropper...
