He's 90 times stronger, faster and more durable... He's also flies ... and is a decent fighter... by default he wins off stats alone.

Still caps jobber aura is an amazing thing to overcome... 😛 As a fellow captain... their jobber auras cancel each other out.

Didn't he fight Hulk? I know he did in the movie.

he tosses juggernaut around in new excalibur, but then juggs is a sap now.

The hell? Is that a different Captain Britain? CB's brother and sister are Jamie Braddock and Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock (Psylocke). Those two on the comic don't appear to look anything like them.
