But she was never blonde. At least I don't believe so. She was a brunette.
Jamie Braddock is the psychotic, reality-warping mutant. The one that controls the quantum strings in order to alter reality to his liking.
Basically, he's one of the most powerful beings there are.
Edit: After looking her up again, I may have been wrong. It doesn't say for sure, but she may have been blonde prior to her hair dying.
