I'd make women slaves. Destroy all weoponry. Abolish Governments. Kill off all rapists and paedophiles in the worst way possible. Bring all legal age of sex limits to 16. Abolish clothes on women. Abolish all censorship laws. If I wish to watch someones heart being ripped out I should be able to and if I don't know that someones heart is going to get ripped out in a movie and it disgusts me I should damn well be able to choose whether or not it disgusts me. abolish legal age of drinking and smoking people do it any way you can't stop them. Bring in stricter punishments for crimes. Legalise the death penalty everywhere.
Probably other stuff but I can't be bothered to list everything.

If I ruled the world, I'd mould it to my own ideologies so of course the world would be a better place. As it would be my ideal but of course everyone's ideologies are different so many would probably disagree that the world is a better place.

- Democratic process on laws and ordinances that I approve
--Laws and ordinances will be voted on by the people directly. It will be done by region, since the needs of those in Australia differ from the needs of those in Africa, which differ from the needs of those in Canada.
--Approval of laws would have to go through me and a few trusted officials (because even I know my knowledge is limited). Stupid ideas will be thrown aside never to see the polls while others will voted on directly by the people, as stated before.
- All would have the same rights regardless of race, religion, creed, orientation, etc.
--Obvious things like not being hired because of the color of one's skin will not be tolerated.
--No banning of gay marriage (sexual exploration is all well and good but marrying an animal will NOT be allowed).
--Religious freedom will be allowed (although discouraged. Belief in a higher power brings false hope, but hope nonetheless so who am I to limit one's pursuit of happiness).
- Government would not impose on the private sector except for reason to maintain above values.
--Businesses would run as usual except for some adjustments. The money made would be monitored by the government. What they need to maintain their business will be kept while the rest will be put into the Global treasury (or regional treasury, I haven't made my mind up about that yet) for the use of the government.
--Businesses will be allowed to set their own regulations, and not be made to adhere to anything but standards for health and safety.
Everything is saw as necessary for the next. For example, even though the government will stay out of the affairs of private businesses, businesses are required to adhere to not hiring based on race, religion, creed, orientation, etc.
