evil ryu isnt evil,its just that capcom of america calls him that,in the original version his name is satsui no hadou ni mezzamata ryu which simply means ryu of murderous intent,murder doesnt have 2 always be evil.anways ryu still wins,hes got link beat in every aspect exept weaponry,ryu will break links neck,he can do it easily,links your average guy with out the weaponry,which ryu can easily strip him of

It doesn't matter what Ryu/Akuma believe in it is still evil to murder someone or to have the intent.
Link doesn't have to switch to do anything. Ryu goes in and Shin-Shoryukens/Shungokusatsus Link. He is KOed/Killed(Whatever you want to believe in) Link is brought back to consciousness/resurrected by the fairys. Battle goes on. All it takes for Link to win the match is to simply Tag Ryu with the Master Sword. Ryu has no defense against getting his head chopped off, impaled, sliced, stabbed etc. etc.
Besides as stated earlier this is not Evil Ryu. If you really want to discuss Evil Ryu vs Link with no weapons and just his slingshot go make the thread. I'll be more than happy to continue this over there, but the Satsui-no-Hadou is irrelevant in this thread.
i know that!link cant use the fairys in hell,espcially if his soul is being attacked by demons while hes down their.b leave what u want but link cant use the fairies if they r destroyed along with him.that damn sword aint shit compared 2 ryu hes been cut open by much wost.that sword is a butter knife 2 him,he can dodge it just as he dodges punches and kicks and becuase he uses a sword his recovery time is horrible if he misses which he most likely wil ryu will have the chance 2 capitalize and win the fight

He does have a shield. The shield makes up for his recovery. Ryu also has recovery. The fairies have no evil in then, so they will not get destroyed by the demons. They are also pure minded. He's been cut open by something much worse than the legendary sword of evil's bane?

Edit: Besides Link does not use these fairies to recover himself. They do it themselves after he is KOed/Killed.
i wasnt talking about the shungokusatsu,i was talking about some sort of hadouken which will desintigrate link and the fairies.and link cant use the sword and sheild at the same time or right after each other quickly enough to defend against ryus attacks.ryu does have recovery time but n0 where near the time link has.link has a low 1 because he uses a sword and sheild which r a bit heavy and hard 2 manuever with in a real fight
But the difference is that Link has a shield to always back himself up. That means he can go on the offensive and still be on the defencive if Ryu attacks....
And Link has fought swordsmen, drowned in lava, gotten hit by Ganondorfs magic, you name it, the fairys has always been able to rescurrect him. And I doubt a body which is powered by the triforce of courage and a skin tough as armor would easily break, or be vaporized or whatever....

when Ryu is close and he dodge a attack is Link NEVER able to defend!! or he has 3 or 4 arms 🙄
and then again, you have his fairy's 🙁
but also, you have Evil Ryu that will Shun Goku Satsu him...

no Link is not just as fast with (Evil)Ryu cause he fights with sword and besides when he does that very quick attack, Evil Ryu just has to teleport behind him and kill him
and it is over. then bring his fairy's him back to life and then the fight continues again 😮💨
