I believe so, everything has an opposite.......Yin/Yang, cause effect, Sowing/Reaping, fear/love, up/down, visible/invisible, male/female, ...etc...also cyclical....

While I'll agree that not everything has an opposite, I'd have to say that there's quite a large number of things that do. A lot of things exist in duality. Black/white, heaven/hell, matter/antimatter, fire/water, earth/air. Even the seven deadly sins have their opposites. There's the color wheel, which is constructed from opposites. Day/night, dusk/dawn, sun/moon, silver/gold.

In general, opposites exist in the natural world, not really in the modern one.
