In truth though the writers especially in Pre-C days gave Superman whatever he needed to win simply because he wasn't allowed to loose its that simple. I mean look at T-VO or soul vision. Whatever the writer needs to give superman what he needs he gets it on the spot despite the fact he has never used it before and will probably never use thse powers again.

Basically Superman is the worst case because unlike say Thor who would get a temporary power up in some random comic Superman gets them all the time and still does it seems.

Wolverin is becoming a another classic example of this.

Its the part of that thinks comics aren't the fun they used to be, but hey thats just me i guess.

I don't see too many things anymore like...

Hologram covers, Special edition in a bag with a bunch of stuff (death of superman), foil covers, glow in the dark covers, and yes mini posters.

I'm not doing subscriptions anymore

The comics come like way late
A green lantern from 2 months ago finally showed up today.
Sometimes when they do, they come bent and whatever.
My Batman #655 looks like the mail man sat on it.
