here's abit of chap 3.
Jack pulled slightly away from his daughter and looked up at the darkening sky. Jacky also looked up and saw the pumpkin sun setting and a full moon forming. Off in the distance, were-wolves could be heard howling.
“Perhaps we should go.” Jack said. “It’s getting late and I’m sure your mother is wondering where we are.”
Jacky gave him a skeleton smirk. “Race ya.” Before her dad could answer, she was off. Jack smiled and started after her. “Oh no, you don’t.” He had easily caught up to her. Jacky did have long legs, but they weren’t quite as long as Jack’s yet.
“DAD! Dad, let me go!! Ha ha ha! “Jacky laughed as he held her close.
“I don’t think so young lady. You’re not supposed to run away from me!” He said playfully to his laughing daughter.
