So, do as I say, and people will think someone is attractive if they make it as something like a movie star. It's like, you have to care about how you look, like even if you work on set, and if you work somewhere else. It always works. You probably don't know when to do what. There are times you should work out a lot and others you should just stay inside and go on KMC and sleep. Still, I walk around my house every day/night when everyone is gone or asleep, so that is how I keep off the fat. I went on all these pure/fast diets when I was 16. I ate lots of pure food all the time when I was 16 - 19. By 21, now I usually can just eat fast food because I need spice. At 20, I was making things like boxed pasta for chicken with hot Tyson's chicken strips. I really wanted to make a big cookbook and organize what I had, but I still have been so fatigued I could not.. Like, all I can eat is fast food. My parents pick it up for me since I'm too sick. I ordered from Applebee's once, but I was sick of eating a chicken breast, so I got orange chicken bowl.. - no seafood?????
The leading cause of obesity is just not enough sleep. I am even getting taller. I stopped growing at 12 when I moved from Florida and started again at 21 when I was moved back. I used to strattle around 5', thinking I was too tall to be an acrobat. When I wanted to be an actress, I started getting taller. I must be 5'4", but maybe still overmeasured and am only 5'2", which is taller.. I thought I ought to had been 5'6" but nothing to do about the past.. I lost sleep way too much in 7th grade when we moved and surely did not grow then.
You should want to be taller than you are, since none of you are 5'7".. Being taller = slimmer. I wanted to be short and thin to be an acrobat, but the mould does not work that way.
Basically, people see a movie star and either are thankful they are there or wish they were there instead.. hm If you do community theater or something, it will change how you are physically. Remember, how they say if you think you could get in a movie you should concentrate on looks and getting an agent then.. hm, I think I will do that, since I have already done community theater.. I have always been a crazy about art hub, so, when I am not fatigued, I know something will work out. I am missing that doctorate in music education, oh well..
Basically, what I do is I try to picture the boys I see as a young Johnny Depp and that part kinda works.. 😆

(My, I am indeed wondering how the h*** ppl in minimum wage jobs go so long. That worries me. So, people are only a product of their environment - not true. It takes me a long time to remember how. Yes, kissing comes after being attractive and eliminating other takers who go on saying just to feel sorry for them. It is something you do for the passion you like someone. I had said I go by looks because you can tell when looks are a choice. So, I have no 'problems' on that regard, at all. I would not want to kiss someone because I thought they were disgusting. No one in their right mind would say to "kiss them" just because they are sad to feel sorry for them. They would be embarrassed.
