MM's vastly stronger (maybe 70 to 80 times) and faster, has telepathy and can borrow density from other objects. MM's durability is such that BB could only hurt him with the scream. And since a couple of people here who read a lot more DC than I do say his mass gets transferred to another dimension when he's intangible...BB's f***ed.
