Blackbolt vs. Martian Manhunter

Hold on, I dont think MM's gona win as easily some peple think

If im not mistaken, MM has manipulation powers similar to that of silver surfer. And Unless MM's molecules COMPLETELY dissappear out of existance, hes getting blasted by BB's scream. ANd BB has been known to resist high level telepathy, MM isint just mindrapeing BB the second the match starts. But i need to know, when MM goes intangible, does NO part of his body exist?

ps what ton range is martian man hunters strengh in?
And i could be wrong, but i think BB's durability is much higher than Martian manhunters. IM pertty sure actually, but i could be wrong

It's my understanding that his strength, like most other DC powerhouses, can't actually be measured with the whole "ton" measuring system. He, Supes, WW, even Aquaman are waaaaaaaaay stronger than Marvel's heavy hitters.

And everybody resits telepathy nowdays. I don't see the need to even state it anymore.

Hmmm.... I don't really believe the whole "MM shifts to another dimension" thing... please post scans

Telepathy: BB's powers grant him the ability to resist telepathic attacks, he has also used his electron control to control the mind of powerful telepaths before (his brother Maximus)

Strength: Black Bolt has gone toe to toe with Thor and Gladiator, I don't believe MM has any real advantage here

MM .... can borrow density from other objects.

Not going to help against an anti-matter attack

As far as I know Black Bolt has only ever lost a handful of fights... and only one I can remember off the top of my head - against Thor

I'm going to go with Blackbolt downing MM with the best of Motown, until someone shows the whole dimension thing.

Hes lost to Thor, and Shatterstar (but i might be mixing his name up with someone else) BUT the latter got ret-conned

I understand MM is powerful, but i agree, i dont see it as a huge advantage over BB. something here just doesnt sound right* MM's molecules shifting into another dimension? i dont recall that being what happens when he goes intangible, im pertty sure he could still get hit by BB's scream, intaigibility or not.

or any cosmic for that matter

Is Aquaman even stronger than Namor?

anyone? lol, this seems like a good fight

<<Intangibility: No physical explanation of this power make sense except that it is an aspect of his psionic powers shifting his mass into another dimension or out of vibrational phase with other objects in this dimension. Whichever it is, it has been seen rarely and believed to be difficult to maintain for extended periods.>>

BEYOTCHES!!!! 😠

It's shown to have been a dimensional shift and it's shown to have been density based. The same way his eye beams have either been heat vision or an optic blast ala Cyclops.

All that says is that the guy who wrote it doesn't know how it works..... 😉

I see, so its hard for him to maintain it? if that is the case, I think black bolt could hold his ground long enouhg untill he eventually has to materialize

Wouldn't go around quoting that site.

At a rest state, the Manhunter can lift approximately 20 tons.

density based as in non-dimensional?

Umm, yes. What I'm saying is his powers and how they work aren't written consistently.

Indeed ......... 😐
