What Disney Wants

I think part of the fault is liz..if she didnt think she wasnt gonna get too happy with Will then tell him, instead of wasting his time. dont let the man fall even more in love and then tell him i just dont love u in that way..hello!

I think she thought she was in love. Will was like a childhood crush and she never knew any different. I don't think she had romantic feelings at all for Jack in the first one besides an attraction to his lifestyle. They seem to have formed a friendship by the end and Jack seemed to be into her a little.
She also looks pretty engulfed in Will at the beginning of the second movie, but again, she just thinks she's in love. She's ready to be married, which in that time, meant she was horny. Will was just a close friend who she happened to be attracted to. It's not until she's on the ship with Jack that she starts to have feelings for him and is close to (if not already) falling in love with him.

^^yea i agree u got a point. she just feels comfortable with will thinking that she was madly in love because he risked his life saving her.

Yeah, and she doesn't know what all went on when he was traveling with Jack. That day for her?
- Is disappointed that Will once again is too formal around her
-Norrington proposes and she passes out and is rescued by Jack
- House is ravaged by pirates and she's taken onto the Black Pearl.

She doesn't get to see that it's really all Jack doing the work and Will is along for the ride. True, it was Will that broke him out of jail, but I think if any one of us wanted to get him out bad enough, we would have found a way with no blacksmith skills at all. She probably built up his rescue in her mind and then when they were reunited, yeah they shot guns together and did some fighting, but then they were separated again and she did all the work to save him. What the hell does she know about him being a pirate?

now that u mention WILL HELPING JACK ESCAPE FROM JAIL(im not yelling)why didnt will do the same for elizabeth??? He did made those bars...uh he knows its weight and bla bla and how to lift it...he did it for jack how come he didnt do the same for elizabeth...hello 😑

b/c the odds of him being caught by the guards and screwing everyone over is greater...that and i thought he wanted to get kinky will lizzie...

what i meant was that will did it anyways, getting jack off of jail, knowing that there would be guards. he risked it anyways how come he didnt do the same to liz-risking it.

well what i was trying to say was...in the first mmovie hell yes id spring someone from jail but with beckett having his way with the world as it were i'd be hesitant

but there is still movie 3..and are they really planning it so peoples wants during the middle film are the same during the next?? doesnt that make the next movie a bit boring??having everyone feeling the same throughout the whole of it?

Its seems as if they are asking people this to see if they would expect Will to do somethig bad to Liz..so they can make the movie all the more of a shocker..Will turner stabbing LIZ????????? OMFG! DAMN Jack would NEVR do that to her!!..OMG Jack help her! make her SAFE!! like you ALWAYS DO when she is in times of mortal peril...

Right now people dont seem to see that Jack as a character actually WANTS love..and i cant see how that is just going to dissapear by movie 3..he's gonna keep trying until he gets it right IMO..

why try it out and then think "meh i'll just go back to material thing" how is THAT an exciting story..they may have well just not started a story in the first place🙄

I'm going to go back to what i used to think since before I was a shipper

as soon as movie 2 ended I said "AWW Liz/Jack will be so much more interesting in the long run..but then there was..."Oh but poor Will doesn't deserve that"

Right now I can understand why people would be saying they want her to get with Will...because of the guilt aspect in our natures

So this means people would secretly love to see the forbidden relationship..but then theres Will..so no we cant..but WHAT if they make will BAD in movie 3?? No one seems to think that will happen but its obvious man..

So will is forever going to stay the honest and good man whilst everyone esle changes around him?? oh give me a BREAK..

that would make his character all the more annoying by the end of it...so everyone changes but will stays the same?..
