Creation vs Evolution

There is not one thing in that entire page that is any kind of proof what so ever. They use prophesy as proof, that is way off and is about the dumbest bases of proof. It is so easy to say and to read into any prophecy and say that it true, that is how psychics make a living out of it.

One thing that they seem to over look as they are showing you all of the things that are "close" they don’t say about all the things that are way off and there are more wrong then right in the bible, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Check this link out if you wish for creation vs. evolution and much more. Go ahead and ask them questions for they will answer it.

On the Order of Creation.

1. Creation of the physical universe (space, time, matter, energy, galaxies, stars, planets, etc.)
2. Transformation of the earth’s atmosphere from opaque to translucent.
3. Formation of a stable water cycle.
4. Establishment of continent(s) and ocean(s).
5. Production of plants on the continent(s).
6. Transformation of the atmosphere from translucent to transparent (Sun, Moon, and stars become visible).
7. Production of small sea animals.
8. Creation of sea mammals.
9. Creation of birds.
10. Making of land mammals (wild mammals, mammals that can be domesticated, and rodents).
11. Creation of mankind.

#6 is a hokey interpretation. God did nothing about the air or atmosphere to change them into translucent or transparent. Here is the actual text in Genesis:

1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.
1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
1:18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

God CREATED the sun, moon and stars ONLY on the Fourth day and #6 on the list. There was no mention of these celestial bodies before. Another glaring mistake by the writers of Genesis is that God created "Night" and "Day" INDEPENDENT of the sun. Not a bad assumption if you ERRONEOUSLY assume that the sun, the moon and the stars are just mere FIXTURES in the DOME of the Earth (adhering to the old theory that the Earth is at the center of the Universe). In addition, the earth's atmosphere is already stable - no big changes occurring in the air - at the time plants appear on land. Plus, #10 land mammals (Triconodonts) predate both #9 birds and #8 sea mammals.

I dont think they have a preaching section. Just a big ass list refuting the most common misinformations used by creationists to propagate their twisted agenda.

I know...but its the philosophy of posting excessive links.

Reference it all you want....just don't throw spamish garbage 😉

The Bible says that God created all things.

This is the only proof that the faithful need.

Yes. I agree. It's much easier when you are told things and don't need to think about them.

But by what method did God create things? By creation as termed here I believe the instigator is referring to "poof there it is" creation. I believe God created all things, but I do not believe he went "poof there it is."

I always forget to mention that.

What created the Big Bang? Science has yet to answer that question too. (please keep in mind that this is a common retort from a believer in creation over evolution, not so much my words.)

Creation is based on faith pure and simple. While evolution has been proven for the most part, there is much based in the faith of the researchers that they know the whole story. Not quite the same deliberate belief as with religion, but a slight faith nonetheless.

There are somethings unknowable. If all matter came from an infinitely small point, no information that we could now read, could have survived a big crunch.

Well, not knowing the whole story and being honest about it is better than making up answers, just to say "we know..." even when we don't.

You tell me? I just got that from ESB-1138's link.

No spammish garbage there. Just thought of debunking some of the silly points raised by ESB-1138's link.

I know...don't sweat it.

I have some questions for Evolutionists.

1. Where did the space for the universe come from?
2. Where did matter come from?
3. Where did the laws of the universe come from (gravity, inertia, etc.)?
4. How did matter get so perfectly organized?
5. Where did the energy come from to do all the organizing?
6. When, where, why, and how did life come from non-living matter?
7. When, where, why, and how did life learn to reproduce itself?
8. With what did the first cell capable of sexual reproduction reproduce?
9. Why would any plant or animal want to reproduce more of its kind since this would only make more mouths to feed and decrease the chances of survival? (Does the individual have a drive to surviv e, or the species? How do you explain this?)
10. How can mutations (recombining of the genetic code) create any new, improved varieties? (Recombining English letters will never produce Chinese books.)
11. Is it possible that similarities in design between different animals prove a common Creator instead of a common ancestor?
12. Natural selection only works with the genetic information available and tends only to keep a species stable. How would you explain the increasing complexity in the genetic code that must have occ urred if evolution were true?
13. When, where, why, and how did:
Single-celled plants become multi-celled? (Where are the two and three-celled intermediates?)
Single-celled animals evolve?
Fish change to amphibians?
Amphibians change to reptiles?
Reptiles change to birds? (The lungs, bones, eyes, reproductive organs, heart, method of locomotion, body covering, etc., are all very different!)
How did the intermediate forms live?
14. When, where, why, how, and from what did:
Whales evolve?
Sea horses evolve?
Bats evolve?
Eyes evolve?
Ears evolve?
Hair, skin, feathers, scales, nails, claws, etc., evolve?
15. Which evolved first (how, and how long; did it work without the others)?
The digestive system, the food to be digested, the appetite, the ability to find and eat the food, the digestive juices, or the body’s resistance to its own digestive juice (stomach, intestines, etc.)?
The drive to reproduce or the ability to reproduce?
The lungs, the mucus lining to protect them, the throat, or the perfect mixture of gases to be breathed into the lungs?
DNA or RNA to carry the DNA message to cell parts?
The termite or the flagella in its intestines that actually digest the cellulose?
The plants or the insects that live on and pollinate the plants?
The bones, ligaments, tendons, blood supply, or muscles to move the bones?
The nervous system, repair system, or hormone system?
The immune system or the need for it?
16. There are many thousands of examples of symbiosis that defy an evolutionary explanation. Why must we teach students that evolution is the only explanation for these relationships?
17. How would evolution explain mimicry? Did the plants and animals develop mimicry by chance, by their intelligent choice, or by design?
18. When, where, why, and how did man evolve feelings? Love, mercy, guilt, etc. would never evolve in the theory of evolution.
19. How did photosynthesis evolve?
20. How did thought evolve?
21. How did flowering plants evolve, and from that?
22. What kind of evolutionist are you? Why are you not one of the other eight or ten kinds?
23. What would you have said fifty years ago if I told you I had a living coelacanth in my aquarium?
24. Is there one clear prediction of macroevolution that has proved true?
25. What is so scientific about the idea of hydrogen as becoming human?
26. Do you honestly believe that everything came from nothing?

I have a question. Why the hell should I waste my time?
