Test levels and competitiveness do not a linear relationship make. Some people have really high test levels but are very docile. Some have really low test levels but are very aggressive. It is far more likely that environment plays a much larger role (on an individual basis) in aggressiveness than test levels. The same is not true when it comes to the population, as a whole, however.

You haven't been around long enough to know that what he was doing was a pattern of behavior and he actually reveled in it. One lady, who is definitely attractive, he said made him puke in his mouth a bit. That wasn't the first time. He also said he loved being the resident prick or something like that.

I would never ever make fun of someone's physical appearance on an internet website. That's just stupid. Just like I DETEST it when people correct other's spelling and grammar. It's immature and rude. The exception is obvious.
There's also a saying that "two wrongs don't make a right" but that's actually a silly over generalization that is in the eye of the beholder especially if the "wrong" is to illustrate why it's silly to make fun of others' appearance: you will always fall victim to some sort of criticism if you cast it on others. A "taste of your own medicine" is sometimes the best way to remedy what he's doing.
He's not stupid, not socially inept, and not unaware of what he's doing.
He's also trolling, is enjoying us talking about him regardless of what it is, and enjoys that fact that we appear to be divided on how to handle his trolling. Guess what? We're doing exactly what he wants us to do. The best way to take care of trolls is to simply ignore them. If no one ever responded to his troll comments, he would lose the power that he wishes to exert over us. I submit that we all ignore his troll comments from now on and he will no longer be a bother.
