you're so wrong it's crazy. I'm 205 at 5' 9" to 5'10" with very little fat. it's hard to tell I'm even that heavy because of the low fat percentage. I eat fast food every day and probably every 3 hours or so. All you have to do is lift weights and regularly engage in a dynamic sport.
Meanwhile, other people will live 35 years longer, content because they too get to look great and eat what they want, the difference being that what they like to eat doesn't shorten their life span.
Always thought the "i get to eat what i want" argument was lulzy, as if healthy people are resentful of the fact that they don't eat shitty food every day.

Could be that or it could be that I'm genetically superior to you and come from a family that mostly lives past the 100 year mark and never watched what they ate. LULZ. Some people are just stronger than others. Guess that's me.
Lol
Even if that were true, that doesn't change the fact that it would behoove you, when giving out health advice and ancedotes, to throw in a disclaimer that your advised methods are very likely to cause, you know, death, to the majority of people who heed it.
Since eating shit every day and expecting to live a long time so long as you work out a lot is a fool hardy notion unless, apparently, you have 1 in 1000 genetics.

Since the majority of people aren't superman, and therefore will die horribly and below the average expectancy if they follow your advice.
You've been hating a lot on this thread.

I'm curious about your diet, besides the Haterade of course, how consistent are you with it and what do you eat.
