Had my first ever root canal today.
I've had to deal with these bad front teeth for many years. I would never smile in pictures or like talking much because of how much they showed. Big embarrassment for me, for almost 15 years. Partially to blame on my parents for never taking us to the dentist, but I shoulder the majority for slacking on dental hygiene.
It wasn't too bad (still bad because the big cavity) until a couple years ago when a big chunk broke off, leaving a huge gap. But now, I can smile again! I feel new. They still aren't perfect, it'll be a slow process since my dental insurance only allows so much per year.
