Since eating shit every day and expecting to live a long time so long as you work out a lot is a fool hardy notion unless, apparently, you have 1 in 1000 genetics.
Got my blood work results back. I'm excellent in all areas. Actually have twice the amount of HDL's compared to the average. Liver is fantastic. There were no bad numbers for me. Even my overall cholesterol was excellent. Every area was better than average.
Not trying to be an a$$, but you're above comment made me wonder if drinking liquor every day and eating fast food was messing me up internally.
