If you want a particular circuit that's good specifically for your torso area, to fill in your figure, you should go to a local gym, and find a decline sit up bench. Place a 10-35 pound plate by it. After a set of stomach crunches, grab the plates and do this exercise:
Then, go back to stomach crunches. Repeat for 4 sets or more.
This will strengthen your obliques. There are also squats and deadlifts to tone up other feminine areas if it's important to you. Use the gym's trainers to teach you proper technique for everything. They're there to help you out.
