Kept almost all of my strength when I did the 3 month diet. Actually got stronger on a couple of exercises.
What I lost was about 20lbs of fat. I still have muscle underneath that skinny appearance. Since my diet ended, I gained 5lbs of pure fat: all on th gut. 🙁
