no, that was the one before this one thought I cheated on her, which I would never have done, one of those things. Something happened and it did look bad tbh. She could never bring herself to believe me. Screwed us both up badly. Shit happens lol.

Thanks mate, I am, what I can lift is going dow though. I got in the gym yesterday for the first time and struggled with 140Kg Bench, before lockdown was 160 for 1, I could do 8 at 140. Yesterday 3 reps at 140. But, upside, I can run miles.
