See I would argue that there was something in that situation that gave Colossus an unfair advantage in that one fight. so if anyone brought it up in an arguement, instead of simply dismissing as PIS I would show the strength of MY arguement by accepting it as fact and arguing that on a level playing field things would be different. and then I would site the many many examples of him defeating colossus. thusly proving inspite of the facts how I was right.
See that class? thats how you debate, you accept the arguement the other side is using even if it has facts you dont like in it. You dont sit liek a child and pout calling them PIS you accept that they are facts and debate around it. Thats how the grown ups do it.

Why are you so scared of the rules? What is it. Is it hard to understand? No PIS. No CIS.

Maybe you didn't know what the acronyms stood for. Well now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
Actually in any real debate, if something is proven, it is YOUR job David, to disprove it. Rather than our job to disprove a proven reality that works. In this place, reality is that there is no allowed PIS or CIS. So if you want to win some people over to your side, I'd suggest you come up with some possible scenarios where PIS or CIS should not be considered as they are, and henceforth, provide us with possible solutions to the situations as they have arisen.
Meaning, lets pretend for a second, pretend, you believe the world to be round, and we think it's flat... provide me with ample evidence as to why I should believe you.
Chew on that for a bit. You still haven't proven why we should use PIS. You still haven't proven one iota of a fact as to why we should use everything you suggest. So what is it? How is it not PIS. Explain to me your viewpoints. Lets hear it.
