The Pearl has anchored at the beach Jack and Liz were marooned a while ago. Only the crew is there, and although Norrington is now deputy governor, he has his own ship and therefore is a captain and therefore can perform marriages.
Abi: This was a perfect idea (she's holding Alex's arm)
Alex: You want ours on a beach?
Abi: Perfect for them, dear (he holds her tighter)
Jacky: Well, one Sparrow down, it can only be a matter of time before the other one goes.
Will: Oh, so your father will remarry? (laughs gently)
Jacky: Don't let that one out of your sight, eunuch (she watches Will and Kate, the happy lovebirds)
(kind of away)
Gibbs: Ar, Jack, (taking a swig of rum) I don't know what to think, it's like me son and me brother and me boss all at once
Jack: Calm down, mate. You're only escorting the lady down the aisle, not marrying her.
Gibbs: How can you be so calm? (we all know Gibbs. he's never calm)
Jack: Who said anything about being calm? (inside nervous) Now go find Lizzie.
(Gibbs sees Liz in a white dress very similar to what she wore when she was marooned with Jack, very simple but looks great on her)
Gibbs: If the whole ocean has a guardian angel, it would look like you, lass
(Liz is too excited to say anything, but hugs him. She takes Gibbs' arm and pops out of the trees.)
Jack (to himself): Yeees, I'm still here. Haven't run off. (leaps over to her to escort her himself)
Norrington: Typical, Sparrow. Too typical. (sighs, looks over at Abi) Well, you've read the vows. You both agree to love, honor, and cherish each other in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live?
Jack: I do
Liz: I do! (her face is lit up)
Norrington: Then you are pronounced husband and wife.
(Jack doesn't wait for permission to kiss his new pirate wife. It's very soft but intense, his arms holding her back. He lifts her up, both of them grinning through their kisses)
Will: (to Gibbs) Well, you're going to have to make another cabin
Gibbs: Why?
Will: (raises an eyebrow) For all the little Jacks.
Gibbs: We'll have to hide the rum
