I have seen Bane (in that comic when he is a hologram, I thought the orbalisks looked stupid), Exar Kun (Cool as a character, I guess. Visually impressive? Not so much), and even Traya (a big Double-you tee eff on that one). Other than those, people's opinions all seem justified. I would put Vader at number one. Also, I'm surprised no one mentioned ancients, some of them looked pretty cool.

Revan is pretty bad ass with his mask and hood and all.
Vader was the baddest mutha fuka to hit the silver screen in the 70s. He still is one of the baddest mutha fukas to this day.
Bane is a mountain of a man. I haven't seen any drawings on him but I imagine he would look pretty menacing.
Maul, of course, was pretty bad ass. A red and black Zabrack with the first double bladed light saber we've seen. Being in Episode I, Lucas was using him to make the statement that the PT would be all about the glamor, unfortunately.
Dooku may not have been "bad ass" but in his own way he was cool as hell. The way he looked was exactly how his character should have looked. Dooku dressed another way would have taken away from his mystique.
