Yes, you could. Kill his mother, kill his father, kill him as a child, teenager, young adult. And since he is so famous, it would be easy to find out where he was at certain times. Very easy.

But the simple thing is, Time Machines do not exist* and most likely never will, it's okay to not be reasonable because it won't come true.
