are you serious?! when that happened the replays they were showing were really shitty so i couldn't tell, but thats funny, because dickface Hubie was like "Yes, Howard was clearly callin the Timeout to the official, The offical had no choice, because Howard signaled right in his face!"

Hubie Brown looks like The Emporer(Palpatine) from Star Wars, whoever is winning the game at the moment, thats who's ass he's kissing, he's always for the team that has the lead, and very very very rarely do you hear him critique the officiating. The officials can do no wrong in the eyes of Hubie, even when it's blatantly obvious the official made a bad call..."well the official was at a bad angle so you can't fault him"....Yes you can dickface!!! There job is to get into position to make the right call.

This shows that it was indeed a foul. It's pretty funny too, because the first gif was posted by somebody, and then some other guy posted this one with the pic of the foul at the end. I lol'd.

Thats even funnier Dan because the foul was called on Dirk, Harris grabbed his arm after the whistle to prevent the 3pt play. Also the ref that made the call is behind the play (you can see him on the gif) and couldnt see Harris grab his arm.
The main point is that if there was any contact from Dirk and i cant see any, it didnt cause Wade to miss the shot (it was never going to go in). Therefore at the end of the game especially a game of this magnitude that should be a no call, let the players decide the game not the refs.

wuTa, i used to really like Hubie and i guess part of me still does. I've learnt alot about the game from listening to Hubie (this goes all the way back to the early 90's) he's knowledge of the game is incredible. Recently though he seems to blatantly make excuses for the refs even if they have made a bad call and its right there on the screen. The announcers should be free to call the refs out if they make a bad call, i dont believe Hubie has suddenly gone blind he seems to be protecting the refs and thats weak.
Mike Breen is even worse though, Wade must have incriminating photos of him the way he teabags Wade all game long. Somebody needs to buy that dude some kneepads.

Doesn't matter who the foul is on it was still a foul. Not like the fact that they called it on Dirk instead of Harris would change the game.

It is a foul, but whether it should be called at that point in the game, I don't know. I'll take it being as I'm rooting for the Heat, but I wouldn't be mad about THAT call if I was a Mavs fan. I would be pissed, however, about the Stackhouse suspension.

The foul that you showed Harris making was made after the whistle to prevent the 3pt play, the "foul" they called was on Dirk. If Dirk hadnt been called for the "foul" chances are Harris doesnt get called for the grab because a) he doesnt have to prevent a 3pt play and b) the ref couldnt see it because Wade was obstructing his view.
Its all water under the bridge now anyway, but i still hate to see a team that has worked all season to get to the finals get dicked by a phantom foul call on a shot that had no chance of going in anyway.

And I haven't really gotten to see exactly what happened with the time out. Anybody have ant clips of that?

I don't think you undertand what I am trying to say. It was a bad call because they called it on Dirk. It shouldn't have been called on Dirk. But there was a foul. So the same thing came out of it if they would have called it on Harris. There is no difference. I think your saying, since the foul was on Dirk, and since Dirk didn't commit a foul, then it shouldn't be foul, but then that wouldn't be the right call because there was indeed a foul.

I think there was a ref on the baseline, also. But from that view you can't tell what he was doing.

And Myth, I don't have any clips but from what I see on ESPN, Avery was trying to tell Howard something, Howard must have thought Avery said timeout, so he signaled timeout. Whether he was asking Avery if he should call timeout, or if he was actually calling timeout, i don't know.

No i understand what you're saying. Im saying that i think if the whistle hadnt gone then Harris wouldnt have made the foul, thats all. I think he heard the whistle and like all players do he reached out to stop the possible 3pt play. Its all opinions at this stage anyway, like i said whats done is done.

😆 😆 You guys are hilarious.

Oh yea Myth, those pictures of Dirk and Nash were funny as hell too.

And Dan what Koolz is saying is that the whistle was blown on Dirk before Harris grabbed his arm to stop the 3pt play, so Harris foul had no bearing on the call. It didn't matter if he reached out at that pt or not, the foul had already been called on Dirk but at least he stopped him from getting continuation. Anyway, like he said at this pt it's old news.

I think the main pt to take away from all this is that players should decide the outcome of the games not referees and not the league. Which btw is also what Steven 'A' Smith said.

Ok, I see what your saying. Your right, it is all opinions. There is no way to tell if the Harris would have made the foul or not. He still might have, who knows.

Here is the Avery Interview.

Here is a link to the foul. I tried stopping it numerous times to see, but it is blurry. Howard is not looking directly at the ref, but his head is sort of tilted the refs way. I can't tell where Avery is though. I think I see Avery but I am not sure it is him. If it is, Howard wasn't looking at him when he signaled time-out.

Thought this was kinda funny...

seeing Keith Van Horn in drag was a bit disturbing tho.

for all those bitter mavs fans, you may enjoy this.

Those clips are great, Shaq looks like he's trying to eat the one fan tho, and I like how Dampier was the special guest for the Avery Family, he's not good enough to be in it......

I think we can all agree that this has been the best basketball during playoffs in a long time, This playoff run has be just awesome, but this is some of the worse officiating I have ever seen in my life, and I'm not just talking in this series, I'm talkin throughtout the whole playoffs.

😱 😆

the entire sports world has been that way laitly. The NFL season had many ruined games and even the Worldcup has seen some interesting calls, and the NBA of course always has horrible foul calls.

There is no way Stern wants to hand over that trophy to Cuban. I thought Dallas would get some home cooking but obviously not, the Mavs are attacking but still the free throw discrepancy is 15-2 in the Heats favour.
The Mavs had built a nice lead but are now down 1 at the half, its gonna take a near perfect effort to beat the Heat and the Zebras in the 2nd half.
Come on Mavs !!!! (I cant believe i just said that). 😆

Oh no, Terry was wide open for the three and choked. ****ing heat. I hate them.

Mavs choked in every way possible, way too many long jumpers in the 2nd half.
Props to Wade though, he's about the only Heat player that deserves the ring. There's something about Fatoine Walker winning a championship that makes me sick to my stomach.

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
GO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally, a team that I wanted to win since day one ACTUALLY wins! First time since the Red Sox, and the Red Sox were the firt team to ever win in my lifetime that I was rooting for the entire season.

Wade was awesome again, but he scared the shit out of me with those 2 free throws. And Terry didn't choke, the shot went in and out, nothing you can do about that. Bad roll. Alonzo was fantastic also. I'm glad to see him get a ring.
GO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THATS RIGHT !!! THATS RIGHT!!! THE HEAT WENT TO THE MAV'S HOME AND KNOCKED THEM THE F*CK OUT!!!

AND AS FOR NOWINSKI!!!

Tell me about it, him and Payton, and every other Heat besides Wade.....This year, I'm the oppostie of Zeke, the one team I didn't want winning it all, won it all, sums up the exact kind of year i'm having..but Zo was a defensive monster that game, and Wade does deserve the MVP and that ring, but not to take anything away from him, not even Jordan got that much respect(if you can call it that) from the officials

Dirk had a solid game, but Dallas needed more out of there franchise player, I'm not saying he choked, but he defintetly didn't play to his potential, and Wade did, that was the difference in this series....and even though i hate to admit it, Riley did a great job coaching this team to the championship, but I still say he's a douchebag.

Wow, You're other sig was waaay hotter. That chick on there looks like Marlyn Manson, but maybe she is hotter in person....and I agree, Terry did choke, he was WIDE OPEN with no hand in his face. You couldn't have asked for a better look than that.
