I think Wallace is being a bit greedy and disrespectful to the Pistons, the offer they gave was very good. They still have to think of adding a few more players to the mix and if they cap out on Big Ben then they cant do that, plus Wallace is getting on in years now. He is a one dimensional player, he is great at what he does but he is a liability offensively. I understand how it works and he is looking for his last big payday, but i think the Pistons offer was very generous all things considered.
I guess with Bo Jax coming to the Hornets there would be less PT for Speedy, at least he will start for the Hawks. The Hornets are looking good with their signings so far, they got Peja to make teams pay for collapsing on CP3 and Bo Jax can play back up 1 and also the 2 spot.
The Bulls are really strengthening their squad to (thanks in part to Isiah's help in the draft). I like where they are heading and they are way under the cap and looking at adding some quality free agents.
Well I just crossed off the Hornets from winning the championship for the next 6 years. No team will ever win it with Peja no matter how good Chris Paul gets.
It's going to be interesting to see if the Kings resign Bonzi. I loved what he brought last season but it was a contract year and Kevin Martin could be a star in waiting. Whatever they do they better not sign him to a long term contract with a big salary. I'd rather seem him leave than that happen.

I wouldnt label Pryzbilla as garbage. He's not the most complete player by a long shot but a tough rebounding 7footer who blocked over 2 shots a game for the last 2 seasons is quite rare in these days of big men who like to stay on the perimeter.
If the Kings could sign him they would have a nice defensive combo of Artest and Pryzbilla at their disposal. They could also have Miller and Pryzbilla on the floor at the same time and utilize Millers passing skills from the high post. I reckon it would be a solid signing for the Kings Dr, as long as they dont overpay.
Also i think Cassell will stay around to mentor Livingston who will see increased minutes.

I'm sorry, that is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read on here. Are you from Portland? Have you even watched a Blazer game? Pryzbilla is a really good defensive player. He isn't very good offensively, but on the defensive end, he is probably one of the best Cs in the league (although that really doesn't say a whole lot these days but its not bad). And trust me, re-signing Pryzbilla is as much of a Portland priority as trading Miles is. The only problem is that they can't offer him much (Kings can pay him more, and Spurs can pay him just as much, which doesn't bode well for Portland).
Although, your dislike for Joe is not the joke. The joke is really that you believe Ha is going to be good (or was good when he got minutes for that matter). Ha should not be in this league, PERIOD. It is a bad thing when you can PREDICT that he is going to lose the ball out of bounds before he even touches it. Seriously, if a PG drives to the basket and draws a double and drops it to Ha, he plays with the ball like a cat with a ball of yarn until he knocks it out of bounds. The man has no hands. On the defensive end, he has no footwork. He is the slowest piece of crap. I'm just dreaming of the day that he is off the Blazers. And yet, you think he is better than Pryzbilla? 😆

Just as i was saying the Bulls are making some great moves they swing this one. They have had to suck for some years now but some good draft picks (Hinrich, Gordon, Deng, Tyrus etc) and now some free agent signings and they are looking really good again.
C Wallace / Chandler
PF Harrington / Sweetney
SF Deng / Nocioni / Khryapa
SG Gordon / Sefolosha
PG Hinrich / Duhon
That is a awesome balanced roster, they can go big with Wallace and Chandler up front or small with Nocioni playing PF and Wallace in the middle. They have plenty of solid defenders, outside shooting, rebounding, and clutch shooting with Gordon and Hinrich. The only weakness i can see is post scoring.
Skiles is a coach that runs his team like a drill Sargent so they will totally buy into the team concept and will be very organised. Looking good for the Bulls again, about time to.
It'll be interesting to see who the Pistons go after to replace Wallace.

Yeah, its 2.32blks and 7rebs in only 24.9 mpg. I don't call that garbage. Also, though he's not a scorer, he does make about 55% of his shots.
Kool, that team is more balanced when you actually put Tyrus in the roster (I know you mentioned him, but you didn't put him in the rotation).
Also, I hear the Bulls are trying to trade Chandler now. I've already heard Chandler for PJ Brown as a possibility. They really want Brown simply for the cap relief he supples next summer to get more free agents. A successful summer for the Bulls if you ask me. I'm excited to see this new Bulls team and to see what Detroit does now.

Yeah a Pryz/Miller combo is the talk around here. Hopefully Musslemen will push Miller back to what he was when he first came here. Miller was never a great defensive player, but he was a guy that got on Shaq's nerves and would hand out nasty flagrant fouls. It's perplexing where that Miller turned into such a pansy.
I just hope the Kings don't sign Pryz to a Dampier like contract.
On the Bulls pickup: I think they have to trade Chandler. Having two guys who can't do shit for you offensively will catch up you sooner or later. The Bulls will be dangerous next year, but I don't see them making a serious run until they find a decent low post threat.

I heard the PJ for Chandler rumour to, i think the only way the Hornets do that is if the Bulls will take JR Smith as well. They like PJ in NO and they want him to mentor their 2 big men they got in the draft. If the Bulls get this trade done then they are looking even better, they lose Chandlers shot blocking but get PJ's low post scoring. They also get another SG to rotate with Gordon in Smith, he is known for being a bit of a head case but Skiles wont put up with any of that shit.
I like how the Bulls are shaping up, they are still under the cap i believe and the off season is only just warming up.
Yeah but they already have at least 3 PF already in Thomas, Sweetney and Harrington and no back up Center. Chandler did a better job of defending Shaq than Wallace in the playoffs, so i think he will spend alot of time playing center as well as PF (plus he is 7'1). But rumour has it that the Bulls are looking to move Chandler for a more offensively gifted big man and to get rid of Tysons contract.
